Hours: 37 hours per week - flexibility regarding working hours which may include evenings will be required to meet the requirements of the position.
£31,895 – £36,371 NJC Points 27-32 (Under review against NJC Scale)

This role is essential for the effective and efficient delivery of Nexus services and offices coordinating and providing essential support to ensure our people can consistently deliver the highest standard of services.
As our Business Services Manager you will be an integral member of the management team as you liaise with departments across the Organisation to deliver excellent operational standards, facilities and services management. You will lead our experienced Business Services Administration team by setting standards and providing guidance and direction to ensure the co- ordination and delivery of a pro- active, professional, and high-quality support service to our service users, staff and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems and processes to support the delivery of counselling services for our clients.
Your attention to detail will ensure accurate and timely analysis of business information to influence processes and procedures that will improve our organisational effectiveness ensuring that we continue to refine and grow our services across all areas of expertise. You will have the ability to present management information in a practical and informative way to enable decisions to be made and service opportunities to be identified.
You will have the natural ability to be agile in managing several projects at one time whilst identifying and solving issues as they arise.
You will have experience leading and managing departments such as general operations, facilities management, health and safety, risk management and client services. With this experience you will develop collaborative working relationships to support our teams by providing a professional work environment that is always welcoming and a safe environment for all.
You will implement consistent standard operating procedures to ensure the organisation is fully compliant in line with all legislative requirements including GDPR, Health & Safety and Building requirements.
Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels will ensure buy-in from the outset to enable all process and procedures to be fully embedded across the Organisation.
