Responsible To: Board Chair
Location: Belfast
Hours: Attendance at quarterly meetings in line with Board Cycle* and other events as required (*most Board activity is caried out on weekday evenings).
Salary: Voluntary

Purpose of the role
Provide strategic oversight, effective governance and constructive challenge to support the organisation in achieving its charitable objectives, ensuring it remains sustainable, accountable and focused on delivering positive outcomes for the people and communities it serves.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute their expertise to a values-led charity making a real difference in communities across Northern Ireland.
- Help us strengthen our governance and strategic vision as we plan for the years ahead.
- Work alongside a diverse and passionate team committed to safeguarding and empowering those we serve.
