Say YES to our Challenge 18

Following on from our successful challenge last year, we are asking our supporters to get behind it again in 2022 and take on Challenge 18.

Challenge 18 is about taking part in any kind of exercise for a total of 60 minutes a day for 18 days between February & March.

At Nexus, we provide 18 sessions of 60 minutes of specialist counselling for all our clients. With every 60 minutes you exercise and every £60 you raise you will be helping to fund 60 minutes of counselling for the men, women, and children who need our support today. This will not only improve your own mental and physical well-being but will also support the survivors and victims of sexual trauma.

18 days, do it your way:

- 60 minutes can be broken up during a day
- Choose any 18 days and begin anytime during February or March
- Choose one activity or several activities. You can use this challenge to try new things, e.g., running, walking, hill walking, yoga, pilates, swimming, etc. The list is endless!
