We endeavour to provide you with a high quality service but if you are dissatisfied it is your right to raise a concern or make a complaint.  In the first instance you should report the incident to the appointments secretary.  Should the matter remain unresolved the appointments secretary will then refer your concern or complaint to the Regional Manager.  If the matter is unresolved Nexus NI will follow their Comments, Compliments & Complaints Policy (see below)
