Nexus NI needs to keep information to enable us to offer counselling, training, volunteer opportunites and fundraising.  Some of the information we keep is of a sensitive nature, especially information on our clients.  To ensure that information is kept safe and only used in a proper manner we have updated our polices, procedures and produced a comprehensive privacy notice to ensure that we comply with GDPR which come into effect on Friday 25 May.

Nexus NI is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (Reg. No. Z3266690) are we are legally obliged to look after your information.

As the UK law has not been finalised we have produced draft privacy notices for different groups of people that we keep information on.  You are welcome to give us feedback on these privacy notices until the 8 June 2018.  They are documents required legally so they contain comprehensive information but we have tried to keep them as simple as possible while still meeting our obligations.
